Erection of a pin connected two span Lens Truss Pedestrian Bridge over the west side highway in lower Manhattan. The Bridge was preassembled on barges in New York Harbor and off loaded to SMPT at Battery Park City. The bridge was moved to position and crane set during full roadway closures on weekend nights.
