- Unwrap the main cable, take samples of individual main cable wires, splice in new individual wires, then re-wrap the main cable at four locations.
- Replace four suspender ropes.
- Replace the complete under deck catwalk system.
- Perform structural steel repairs.
- Install a 325,000SF shield / work platform directly beneath the bridge floor trusses
